BUENA, NJ, June 30, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Teligent, Inc. (Nasdaq: TLGT), a New Jersey-based specialty generic pharmaceutical company (the “Company”), today announced that its annual meeting of shareholders, scheduled for June 18, 2021 and adjourned to June 30, 2021, was called and adjourned without any business being dealt with due to the fact that there were not enough votes to approve all the proposals presented to Annual meeting. The Company adjourned the meeting to solicit additional votes to meet the requirements for approval of the proposals presented.
The annual meeting will be reconvened at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on July 21, 2021 to allow shareholders to vote on the proposals described in the company’s definitive proxy circular filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. (the “SEC”) on May 19, 2021. Shareholders will be able to attend the rescheduled annual meeting virtually by visiting www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/TLGT2021.
The registration date for determining eligible shareholders to vote on the proposals at the Annual Meeting remains May 17, 2021.
